The PATH information for programs under Windows NT may be set in any
number of ways.  For most Windows programs that rely on the PATH
variable the following procedure will work.

To change the PATH for all sessions, logon with administrator
privileges, open the System applet in the Control Panel, click on the
Environment page of the resulting notebook, select Path, then edit the
Value fill-in box to add the desired directories to your system path. 
Click on Set and exit the applet and Control Panel.  Subsequent new
application sessions will use the new system path without rebooting.
