"Making the transition" is more than two hundred pages long. It's
difficult to count them because of the numbering scheme (there is no
general page numbering, only chapter numbering). According to my
calculations, it's three hundred and two pages long. And Robert, as
usual, is right. This book contains a lot of information, impossible to
find elsewhere.
