Consolas bold-for-normal

I've never been a fan of Consolas, but with the recent changes to
vDos-lfn, I've been experimenting a bit and I'm starting to warm to
it. I find it more usable, though, if the regular and bold variants
are reversed, so that normal text is thicker on-screen. The settings
shown here work well in my fluorescent-lit office:
