Try Encyclopedia Britannica Direct, Inc. (Tel 1-800-372-8264). Apparently
they sometimes ask for a "code number" for the special $99 offer but if
you insist that you've seen the price advertised (some people successfully
ordered it just by saying that they heard about it on a mailing list),
they seem to comply. Since you're a member of an educational institution,
that might work also. However, a major snag for us folks on the other side
of the Pacific rim: they will not ship to Japan, at least not directly
(which is why I haven't had a go at it myself yet). You may have to find
someone in the U.S. to send it to.

I now return you to your regularly scheduled XPL programming.
