I'd pay money for that too, especially if it could be made to handle
texts in double-byte character sets.

In the mid-80s I had a translation-assistance program made by a South
African man named Ghyoot. I've been looking for the program disk,
but it's been mislaid; if I ever find it I'll send it to you.
