Jumping Screen problem

Is anybody else experiencing jumping screen syndrome with Xy 4?
In text mode, the text will periodically shift left as I near the end of a
line, so that I'm seeing only the last few columns.
After it wraps, the display shifts back to normal.
This happens randomly, as far as
I can tell: maybe once every 25 lines or so. I asked tech support about the
problem when I first installed the program, but they had no answers.
Any ideas?
