Having had two separate contacts with IBM support in the past week (on
different machines), I can confirm that the service is top notch. They
answer their phones promptly, their people are well trained and have
authority to deal with problems, and warranty parts arrive the next day.
And, as Robert points out, bios support is great (drivers too).
