Well, as you know, neither the EDITOR.EXE nor the COMMAND.COM nor
the CMD.EXE C(h)D(ir) command affords that amenity, so the purist in
me wants to resist your suggestion. On the other hand, the roller-
coaster rider in me wants to say, why not? It's not unreasonable to

BTW, you're absolutely right. It was The Wild Mouse, not Rat. The
ride had its charms (and jolts), but IMHO it never held a candle to
the wooden coasters. I'm still determined to ride the new Tbolt
before the end of the season, and while I do I'll make a point of
browsing a copy of A Critique of Pure Reason (if they'll let me,
which I doubt). When it comes to thrills, I can walk and chew bubble
gum.
