Windows-On-Windows, the 16-bit subsystem running on top of Win32. MUST launch
any 16-bit app like XyWin. Has ALWAYS been there in NT. Not wierd.

The ethical consensus is that he should go here (somehow), and DL it:

He should hang on to his XyWin manual; it 99.99999% applies (the devil may
be in that last .00001%, but XySearch can answer most questions).
