Inside Styles definition delta I have seen that SZ is followed by two numbers, for example SZ=12PT,12PT. I would like to know the function of the second number?I think Tim Baehr explained this a few months ago; it's some rather sophisticated function having to do with cleverly faking small caps, isn't it?
