Dear Irene,
Usually ASCII-156 works. Shift-Alt-156, using the digits on the number pad
with Num Lock off, not thos in the top row of the keyboard, should produce
the necessary.
At least, it does in XyWin and I think XyWrite III-Plus is the same.
