Help !

Dear Xy experts,

I think to be in Italy the only purchaser and user of XyWrite 4,
(rel. 4.017)

But now I need some help -)

1) I can't use the mouse, I suspect an erratic internal setting (?Hi?)
2) I need to import .html and winWord 7 files.
3) I need to export formatted xy documents as graphic files (i.e. pcx,
  tiff ), and to send document via fax.
4) I's there a way to download the older 3+ version ?
