Msg: vDos-lfn is now officially vDosPlus!

Hi all,

Since I am adding more and more features and other improvements to vDos-lfn, the differences between vDos-lfn and original vDos have become greater and greater. Since it now contains far more features than LFN support, which was its initial focus, the name "vDos-lfn" is no longer a descriptive name for this project. Both Carl and Kari suggested the new name "vDos Plus", and Jos (the creator of vDos) recently suggested to me that "vDosPlus" (without the space) can be even better. Therefore, vDos-lfn is now officially vDosPlus, which represents the many unique features and extensions to original vDos, such as LFN support, enhanced keyboard and display handling, and so on.
