Jon, follow up. These settings worked better on my system:


/TameConsole
 /KeyGroupDef GroupName=Text      Channel=BIOS RepeatRate = 25
 /KeyGroupDef GroupName=LeftRight1   Channel=BIOS RepeatRate = 30
 /KeyGroupDef GroupName=UpDown1    Channel=BIOS RepeatRate = 45

Note I've added Channel=BIOS, which may make them operate smoother.
