Haven't time to look at the site now (Tuesday I have to prep the
mailing of the paper), but perhaps the difference is in the business
versus the personal divisions. Very Big Corporations--good for
them!--are not going to have Vista rammed down their throats. It's
also possible Dell got so much negative feedback that it changed its
policy. Or the salesman could have been lying. They do.
