global merge etc. xy

I am interested to know how I slow down the messages that appear when startup.int runs so that I can read them.

Carl wrote this wonderful little program that enables you to merge sequentially files listed when
using the directory command. Exe and com files should not be merged with text files or together as
it does not serve any purpose to do so. One can, however, merge your xpl files so that you have them
in one file should you feel the need to do so. Adequate returns must be placed between each program.
