U2 update

Further updates to the Jumbo U2:

Frame TOUCH (for resetting file date/time) now uses vDosPlus's built-in
TOUCH command. Command TOUCH /? for usage summary, or for
detailed usage, DY HELP TOUCH. (The older routine, which uses
an AutoIt sript, has been renamed to TOUCHA.)

Frame SETCOLORS now accepts a short "alias" on the command line to load
a vDosPlus color scheme. You can see it in action here:

Command HELP SETCOLORS for information on how to set up your aliases.

Finally, frames SETCFG, SETCOLOR, SETCOLORS, and SCREENSIZE now all
have detailed help screens. Command, e.g., HELP SETCFG.
