Please do not send messages to the XyWrite list which are
simultaneously addressed to non-subscribers. When your
correspondents "reply all" to such messages, they may not realize
that they're addressing a couple hundred people they don't know
(who, in turn, may not appreciate the intrusion).

Also, before posting about a computer virus, please check a standard
source to see whether a broadcast to all subscribers is warranted.
In this case, a visit to the Symantec Anti-Virus Center
http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/ would have shown that the
Wscript.kak worm is old news, having been identified nearly 6 months
ago. So the warning was hardly proleptic.
