NB tech support sent the attached dll to me today. I'm passing it along in
case you don't have it. It fixed the printer problems I was having with NB
-- getting a driver to *stick*, and stopping FinePrint from hanging the
machine.

Dear Michael,
Attached is a file that fixes Nota Bene's graphic display problem caused by
the installation of Windows XP Service Pack 2. Simply save it in your NBWIN
folder, overwriting the existing file. You should now be able to open Nota
Bene without adjusting the printer settings. I'm not sure it will have any
effect on your FinePrint issue, as that sounds much more like a FinePrint
problem rather than a Nota Bene problem. But give it a shot--it may help.
