Tim Hawley's spreadsheet to show function key modifications
is a fine solution. Since I have modified my keyboard so
extensively, I maintain a help file in XY format that not
only keeps track of all changes, but contains reminders of
arcane commands that I find useful, but not often enough to
remember, and how to use styles I have created for special
purposes. Here is a brief excerpt, which shows a couple of
reminder categories and then a couple of key change
categories. You may have to adjust your tab settings to read
these easily. I have removed all XY markup.

APPEND
Combine file 1 to file 2	APPEND FN1,FN2
Append onscreen block or file
to bottom/top of disk file	APPEND/APT FN2

AUTO-REPLACE
Load pers.spl
^@A (toggle; abbreviation automatically expands when typed)
^ (expands when cursor is placed just after abbreviation)

BIBLIOGRAPHY CARD
5X8: Use T\CD58 to print on card, T\CD58P to print 2 on
paper
3x5: (within XY) Transfer items to a dummy file loaded with
T\CD35. Change CR to CR, print half the file on 5x8
cards in portrait format, turn cards upside down, print
remainder.
(printing in WP) Change to format for printing with B1.PGM
but change LD delta to % ; insert PG at end of each entry;
export in WPW format; insert into file using CD35 template;
change % to HdRtMar; print
