Are you actually unable to do other tasks, which would be the case if
the CPU actually was at 100% or is your CPU meter falsely reporting
CPU usage when using XyWin? I suspect the latter is the case. I
don't recall the details (although it seems like I just read about
this the other day in an OS2 newsgroup), but some programs running in
VDMs cause false reports of CPU usage. I suspect the problem is
with your CPU meter and not with XyWin.
