Paul,
Robert Holmgreeen solved the problem for me. Following his suggestions I
extracted the needed routines from U2 Jumbo. They work fine for me.
The three small files attached do the following:
- lonetocr: converts lone CRs and LFs into CR/LF
- crlftocr: converts CR/LFs to lone CR (0D)
- crlftolf: converts CR/LFs to lone LF (0A)
