Use RKOK *after* you're done recording. RKOK gives access to the

Jumbo U2 shows the kind of considerate, intelligent programming that you'd
think would be common in the world but is in fact exceedingly rare. One
tiny example that really impressed this user was that I played with the
Append function and found that it automatically and instantly appended new
keystrokes to an already *open* .SAV file, in its window.

E.g., try this.
1. With no open windows, hit the key that begins recording keystrokes.
2. Type (on the command line): one,
3. Hit the key that ends recording keystrokes.
4. Blank the command line and do: RKOK S
5. Blank the command line and do: ca rkok.sav
6. Hit the key that begins recording keystrokes.
7. Type (on the command line): two
8. Hit the key that ends recording keystrokes.
9. Blank the command line and do: RKOK A

Bang! The word "two" appears in the open window after the "one,"

Wow!
