If there is a villain, for us, isn't it IBM, the company that killed XyQuest
and probably XyWrite?
  I'm also about the take the P5 plunge. Have you picked a maker? Have you
decided all the details of your package? Will there be any significant price
drop after Xmas?
  PC Mag give the nod to Dell Dimension XPS P90 for $3149. I wonder if there
is an advantage to going with name brands, like Dell, over the local "I put
them together in the back of the shop" guy.
