 Will try the new baggage.pm. I definitely have had the whole block defined
when trying it, but no dice. Maybe new version will work.
 I have also found trouble stringing defaults in startup.int. I know that
dr=e: has to be at the end of a line, but it seems there are other quirks too.
I also hadn't figured on varying header sizes.
