XyWrite 4.016 (or later) and high-ascii characters

High-ascii characters are remapped in XyWrite 4.016 and later. So, when I
import a XyWrite 4.017 file from Ventura Publisher 5, characters like
stressed "a", "o", etc., are misimported. TTG didn't update the conversion
filters after remapping those characters. The problem remains if I export
the file to any format. Any solution?
