That happens if the default CodePage (LA) is 437 when the printer
file is loaded. The solution is to change default LA to 850, at
least temporarily, before you load the PS printer file. Command
D LA=850, then load the printer file, then (optionally)
D LA=437 to restore CodePage 437.
