Hi Harry,

I think you need to change the working directory to the vDos-lfn directory (i.e. C:\Dropbox\vDos-lfn) before executing the "Run" command. In the shortcut to vDos-lfn this working directory is automatically set so you won't see this problem. Hope this helps.

I'm almost there, regarding quitting and re-loading to see the effect of
changes in CONFIG.TXT. I'm having trouble with the last line:
Run C:\Dropbox\vDos-lfn\vDos-lfn.exe

It produces a large-size, black DOS screen with a C:\ prompt. That's
despite the fact that the shortcut has exactly the same line, without "Run"
and it launches XyWrite.

And if I go in to Explorer and double-click on vDos-lfn.exe it launches
XyWrite.
