Also, you can now set "SHORTCUT = ON" in config.txt to enable Ctrl+Alt+? shortcuts for other Windows applications when running vDos-lfn in fullscreen mode. This setting is to solve the losing keyboard shortcuts issue mentioned by Paul. This setting is only available in the latest vDos-lfn version.

Really? Did you download it from the following URL? I just tried vdos-lfn.exe inside it and both commands in config.txt seem to work. Maybe you downloaded an older version instead?

I just tried the lastest vDos-lfn.exe, but it no longer supports the 
KEYMODE and TITLE settings in CONFIG.TXT. Am I missing something?
