I'm guessing it would "touch" it only if your
have *[C]:\PROGRA~1\TAME5~1.1\tame-nt.com* in
[C]:\WINDOWS\system32\AUTOEXEC.NT, this assuming XyWin is like
NotaBene and invokes NTVDM.

I found that TAME destabilizes my NB setup, so I REMed it out of
AUTOEXEC.NT and put the program call in a batch file that also
invokes editor.exe.
