File Encryption Program

  I've uploaded a little gem named PGP10.ZIP. It's a charming little
work of programming art which makes it possible for 2 users to
communicate with perfect privacy by encrypting files, messages, etc.
without having first to communicate the secret password by a secure
channel. The concept, called `public key cryptography,' has been out
for some years now, and the algorithm the author uses, the RSA
algorithm, is so mathematically complex that all of the Crays at the
National Security Agency working from now until the thermodynamic heat
death of the universe couldn't decipher your messages without knowing
your password.
Please read the document file carefully. Along with various
warnings of a legal nature, it is a nice lesson in the current state of
the art, and in the political economy of cryptography...
