Change in List Configuration

Many subscribers have noticed that replies do not go automatically to the
whole list, but only to the author of the message, except when specifically
directed. This is an artifact of the change in the list server. It turns
out that it is possible to make replies to the whole list the default.
That should be taken care of in a day or so.
