What do you mean by "titlebar"? The window border? Try setting
Default MW=0, which suppresses borders when a new window is opened.
Then the difference should be only three lines: CMline, PRompt line,
and Ruler.
I use this personal frame (it's not in the Jumbo U2, I don't think)
to switch among full-screen, borders and borders with reduced window
size -- a 3-way toggle -- in Xy4 DOS. (DECODE; DeFine
entire frame; ADD2U2. Usage: SWF). I can't vouch
for its behavior in XyWin (it doesn't work, period, in NBWin), but
it does nicely in DOS.
