There was no interruption in service, only a lull in postings. This is
normal for most mail lists. An esoteric programming list that I lurk
in recently came alive after a yearlong silence. Someone invented a
new language, Argh! (I'm not interjecting, that's the name of the
language.) When there's nothing new to say, best say nothing.

If you suspect that list traffic is not reaching you, you can always
check the XySearch archives (http://users.datarealm.com/xywwweb/xysearch.cgi)
or send a "recipients xywrite" command to listproc@xxxxxxxx
to confirm that the list still exists, that you're still subscribed, to
see who's here, etc.
