Batch conversions

There is a batch conversion utility in the enhanced MNU and DLG files I sent
to Nathan in 1996. It's a two-step process: create a list of the files to
convert and then convert them. The list can be created by selecting some or
all files from a directory displayed on screen. The list-creating function is
also good for creating chain printing file lists. XyWrite 4DOS is required,
along with the Word for Word filters. The converted files are stored in a
temporary subdirectory created on the fly. The conversion is one-directional:
from any of the supported formats TO XyWrite.
