If you want to CAll or edit U2 in NBWin, you MUST use this command, on the
CMline, to open it initially -- afterwards, you can do anything you want:

 CA/100 d:\path\XYWWWEB.U2

CA/100 is **crucial**. Otherwise NB *will* auto-change several key characters
in U2 (without telling you), and thereby destroy the file if you subsequently
LOADHELP it (a.k.a. save it).
