Re: Modes

Most of the time I turn on define when I begin typing something I want in
italics etc. I then use a simply modified ctrl-5 key, when it is typed, to
insert mode deltas before and after.

I have also changed the mode keys so they use additive and subtractive modes
(, ) to simplify conversion to other software formats, since
all the others I use employ opening and closing codes.
