No. When we ordered last week, we were told by the rep that
SmartWords was a "low priority for the Technology Group" and that they
are not sure when it will ship. Since Hopkins is in the same city and in
fact on the same street (admittedly a long street) as TTG, it doesn't look
promising for customers in the rest of the country. The person who
placed our order was also told that support for the product will be
handled by phone, at $1.00 per minute.

Has anyone on this list who has ordered the Smart Words beta actually
received it yet?
