Can you explain why, very often in the early AM hours, the BBS answers the
phone and then just doesn't "wake up"? Sometimes it's just one line, sometimes
both lines that react this way. I try to send multiple CRs and Escapes, but
nothing awakens your system. This is happening about 30-40% of the ti, after
12M. Is there something that users should be asked to do, such as shutting
down the system via the menus, rather than simply hanging up, that would
prevent your software from crashing for subsequent callers? Its not so much a
pain, as just toll-costly...
