Andrew, there's a routine in SmartSet called CALLUP, which may help. It lets
you CAll or REad files, or change directories, by pointing at directory
listings.  I suggest assigning it to a dedicated "call" key, say Alt-C. If
you run Holmgren & Auerbach's STACK.PM and you're ambitious, you might modify
ENTER.PM, so that hitting Enter against a directory listing runs CALLUP (i.e.,
CAlls the file).
