So in other words, he's saying "not our problem"?? Wow. He elected to use
Install Shield, didn't he?
Well, I don't want to misrepresent what he actually said, because I don't
recall exactly. He might have said, "we'll look into it for you with
Install Shield." But whether he did or not, that was maybe a month ago.
Since then, nada.
