The directory that contains XYWWWEB.REG (presumably the directory
with Editor.exe) must be in the DOS Path. If you already have a Path
statement in vDos's AUTOEXEC.TXT, add Editor's directory to it. If
not, add one, such as:

path X:\XY

That should do it.
