HP Deskjet (original model, no suffixes like 500 .. )

The driver is one supplied by XyQuest but I've altered
the name of the file (and heavily customised it).

Well done for volunteering for the task. It'll certainly
be enormously helpful to know which printers on sale
today can deal with printing via Xyquest drivers.
