Harmon, re RHW Dictionary:

You're right. I checked, and what I did with the dictionary's hotkeys in the
keyboard file was not NI, but the usual ASCII that means no key action. That
lets the TSR key assignments work. RHW does not include any special utilities
for use with different word processors. I have no problem with XY, WP for
Windows, or for that matter the command line or a database.
