Re: xy4 and Win Xp

I like it fine. Most of my old XY stuff works fine (though I never did
anything terribly elaborate there), and I use NB's "XyWrite Keyboard" with
some of my own stuff added (as in XY). And their support is friendly and
often helpful--though, since they are a small outfit, that can vary. There
exists an NB email group (like this XY one) that shares problems, fixes,
and frustrations. It works well, lives in a Windows environment, has good
conversion facilities (.rtf, .doc, and lots of others). From what others
say in the email group, I gather most of the Jumbo U2 stuff works--but
you'd have to get the true dope on that from Carl and/or Robert. It doesn't
come with a manual--but then it is basically XY, and the e-group is helpful
on other stuff; the (good) help files have been extracted, collected, and
set up as a downloadable printable file by folks in the e-group--though I
haven't felt the need (yet) to download or use that. Hope this helps.
