Fixes for NBWin (too many to enumerate).

CALLORGO - GOFILE, CAll, or ("CallorGoN[/#]") NEw File.
 Enhanced.
Adds ability to create a NEw file with CALLORGON usage

KILLMODE - Kill MoDe at current text position. Improved
 reliability.

LONGW* - Replacement for CH[A] or CV[A] that accepts a
 Wild-W of *any* length. New.

MD* - Add MoDes. New.
1) DeFined block: if text is already MoDed, insert
 _additive_ Open...Close form (...) [cf.
 native command, which _replaces_ old MoDe with new MoDe];
 otherwise insert standard form (...)
2) No DeFined block: insert specified MoDe in Text
Other differences with native command:
 Works in eXPanded [XP] MoDe!
 Command is ignored if specified MoDe already pertains
  (DF block only)
 Cursor positioning errors corrected

STRIPMD - Strip superfluous MoDe commands from docs.
 Enhanced.
Operates on entire file or DeFined block
Handles additive (e.g. , ) and absolute
 () MoDes
