Yes, Frank was the name I was trying to remember. Erikson cautioned against expecting much from Ken
Frank. One reason is because he has some sort of program that uses Xy as its kernel and may consider
public domain to be a problem for him. The other reason was just plain stubbornness that can't be
predicted.

The other TTG (?) person, whose name I also can't remember, is the one connected to NB. He also
probably knows, but also might consider Xy in the public domain to be a problem for NB. Dave
apparently knows his mind on this and (is his name Steve?) thinks it will cut in on his sales of NB
(very unlikely, but it's difficult to be anything other than paranoid where business is concerned).
