Re: vDos-lfn screen colors when shell to 4DOS

Hi James,

If you have installed vDos-lfn for XyWrite, the executable OPTION.EXE should be located in the 4DOS sub-directory of the vDos-lfn main directory. So you will be able to run the OPTION command if the 4DOS sub-directory is already in your PATH environment variable. If not, please either add it into your PATH environment variable or go to the sub-directory where OPTION.EXE is located in and then run OPTION (but not OPTION.EXE). Hope this helps.

Hi Wengier,

Is the "vDos-lfn command line" the same thing as the 4DOS comand
line? I'm not able to enter the command "OPTION" on the 4DOS command line.

Thanks,

James
