NB Tech Support in NYC was actually reachable and very helpful. My problem
was that I had set the TP and BT defaults to different values than the standard
TP=6, BT=3. I was using TP=4.5, BT=3.5. Not sure if the problem was just
changing the values, or my use of fractional values; will have to experiment to
answer that one. Thanks again for steering me to Tech Support.
