Hope you will communicate also, to the bug-fixers, the contents of my private msg to you #8761, which described errors that were not reproduced in the the two test files provided in HOLMGREN.ZIP, but which appeared in full-blown attempts to print 250 pages of book in 8 chained files. I remain interested, personally, in the fix. But I'm afraid my publisher is not as patient as I am; nor were they happy with my inability to provide hard copy. So we are currently dickering over which word processor to use (they're in the Netherlands, I'm in New York). The whole thing is depressing. I'm actually compelled to learn MSWord! I have the feeling of the lover betrayed, who never wants to see that fair face again.
